You probably can recall quite vividly the last time you had that seductive feeling of eating something sweet. As long as it’s once in a while it’s just fine to eat some sweet goodie. The problem starts when you crave for sugar often and can’t stop it. You know that, right?
I had a period in my life when I was totally addicted to sweet treats.
My cravings were so strong that even when I had promised myself the day before it was enough, saying “C’mon, I’m stronger than that”, in the end it didn’t work. You can’t imagine how many battles I’ve failed! And I hated it!
But you know me: when I finally made the decision to rebel against the cravings I did it totally, 100%. And yes, I had to read and prepare a lot, and I had ups and downs. It wasn’t a piece of cake ☺ for sure. But finally – success!
So now it’s time for you.
